Samba UV is a polyester fabric with a natural textile look, made for illuminated frames. With a print width of up to 494 cm in one piece, it also fits the largest frames. It weighs 195 g/m². We print it here in Nijmegen; collect it at Betouwstraat or have it posted, as you prefer.
We print with UV ink and give the fabric a 200% full colour print: a double layer for strong colours as soon as the light goes on behind it. Because of this double layer, the fabric smells strongly at first; this fades after a while.
Samba UV has a lotus effect: dirt and water don't stick but roll off. As a result you can use it outdoors for a short time as well as indoors. Outdoors it lasts about a year, indoors for years. The fabric is airtight and has 2 to 3% stretch.
For an LED frame you choose a flat keder. Clean cut is also possible, but then the fabric may fray slightly. The fabric is sent folded.

Stretch it tightly in your frame and the creases will disappear. Ironing is not possible.
