Privacy policy (GDPR)

What data we process. Name, address, e-mail address, phone number, order and payment details (we never see your full bank or card details), and the designs/files you upload for your order.

What for. Solely to carry out your order: production, order confirmation and invoicing, shipping, customer service and — if you have an account — your order history and customer portal. We never send you marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with. Only with parties needed to carry out your order: Mollie (payments), PostNL (delivery), Google Workspace (secure storage of supplied designs) and our hosting providers within the EU (Hetzner and Cloudflare). Data processing agreements are in place with these parties; we never sell data.

Retention periods. We keep invoices and the related order details for 7 years (statutory tax obligation). We keep supplied designs for repeat orders; they can be deleted on request.

Cookies. The webshop uses functional cookies for the shopping basket and logging in; these don't require consent. Only if you click Okay in the cookie notice do we also place cookies from Google Analytics. These show us how visitors use the site (which pages, which products, whether an order goes through), so we can improve the webshop. Google processes this data on our behalf; your IP address is not stored. If you choose No thanks, we don't load Google Analytics at all. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data. E-mail info@drukkerijnijmegen.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
