Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for your convenience; the Dutch version of these terms is legally binding.

Article 1 — Identity

Article 2 — Applicability
These terms apply to every offer and every agreement made through this webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Article 3 — Offer and prices
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (including pricing errors) are not binding on us. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order.

Article 4 — Payment
Payment is handled by our payment provider Mollie (including iDEAL/Wero, card and PayPal). Your order goes into production as soon as payment has been received.

Article 5 — Delivery and production time
Printed products are made to order; the average production time is 3–7 working days, after which the order is shipped via PostNL (NL 1–2 working days). The stated times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation, but it does entitle you to contact from us and a suitable solution.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
For unprinted products, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt applies; the product must be returned unworn and complete, and return costs are for the customer. Printed and personalised products are made to order according to your specifications and are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code). Of course, we always put right any production or delivery errors — see Article 8.

Article 7 — Supplied files
You guarantee that you are entitled to use (or have us use) the designs you supply, and you indemnify us against third-party claims for infringement of intellectual property rights. We only assess supplied files technically (resolution, format), not on their content. Files are stored securely for production and any repeat orders.

Article 8 — Complaints and guarantee
Please check your order on receipt and report any complaints within 14 days via info@drukkerijnijmegen.com or WhatsApp (06-46088862), with photos if possible. In the case of a demonstrable production or delivery error, we will reprint or refund free of charge. Colour differences compared with a screen and deviations within normal tolerances (±5% positioning/dimensions) do not count as defects.

Article 9 — Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Article 10 — Applicable law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland.
