Caps and beanies

Caps and beanies with your own logo

A cap is the garment that lasts longest and is worn most often outside of work. That's exactly why it pays to make something good of it: a crisply pressed logo on the front panel lasts a long time and looks polished straight away.

What can go on a cap or beanie?

On caps we press the logo onto the front panel; that area is sturdy and flat enough for a sharp result. With beanies it depends on the knit: on a fine, dense knit a transfer works well, on a coarse rib it sinks into the structure. If you're unsure about your model, send us a quick message — we'll take a look before you order.

What to look for when choosing

  • Number of panels— a five-panel has a seamless front; on a six-panel there's a seam running through the middle where a wide logo would land.
  • Fastening— Velcro and snapback fit almost everyone, a buckle looks neater with company clothing.
  • Lining— a lined beanie is warmer, but the lining also partly determines where we can press.

Frequently asked questions

How big can a logo on a cap be?

On the front panel, around 10 by 5 centimetres is usual. What exactly fits depends on the fit and the seams; we look at this per model.

Can a photo print go on a beanie?

On a finely knitted beanie, this usually works well. On coarsely knitted beanies, the print sinks into the structure; in that case, we stick to a compact logo or look together at a different model.
