Why a cap with a logo?

A cap sits at eye level and therefore stands out immediately. At a festival, on a building site, at a sports event or behind the bar: a cap with your logo is visible from every side of the room. What's more, almost everyone likes to wear one, which makes a cap a great promotional gift. In this category you'll find almost 480 caps from brands including Flexfit, Beechfield, K-UP, Result Headwear, Native Spirit and The Classics Yupoong. All of them can be printed with your own logo, text or design, from 1 piece.

Which type of cap suits you?

  • Baseball cap:the classic cap with a curved peak and an adjustable strap at the back. Available in 5- and 6-panel models.
  • Snapback:a sturdy cap with a flat peak and a snap-button fastening. Popular in streetwear and with teams wanting a tough look.
  • Trucker cap:a cap with a closed front panel and mesh at the back. Airy in summer and popular at festivals.
  • Stretch-fit cap:a cap without a fastening that comes in sizes and fits snugly around the head, like many Flexfit models.
  • Low profile cap:a lower crown that sits closer to the head, like the Memphis low profile cap with sandwich peak.

Where does the print go on a cap?

We print the front of the cap and, if it's made of fabric, possibly the side as well. As a guideline, the front panel can fit a logo of around 8 to 10 cm wide and 5 to 6 cm high; on the side, a small logo or short text of 4 to 5 cm.

With a trucker cap, bear the mesh in mind: only the front panel can be printed, not the mesh itself. With a 6-panel cap, there's a seam running down the middle of the front. We take this into account by centring the logo precisely, but if you want a sleek, large surface, a 5-panel cap is more convenient: it has a seamless front panel.

Which technique works on a cap?

A cap is round and often reinforced at the front, so we press it in a way that lets the print follow the curve of the front panel. The transfer is applied to the fabric with heat, without the cap losing its shape.

  • Cut vinylgives a sleek, opaque logo in one or two colours. With 104 vinyl colours, including gold, silver and metallic, you can create a cap that really stands out.
  • DTF transferis the choice for a logo with many colours, gradients or fine details. It also works well on black and dark caps.

Sustainable caps and fabric choice

Caps differ in fabric and weight. Cotton, such as a cap made of heavy cotton, feels sturdy and classic; polyester is lighter and dries quickly, handy for sport and outdoor work. Looking for sustainable caps to print? Then there are models made of organic cotton, such as the 5-panel organic cotton cap, and caps made of recycled material from the Result Recycled line. In the overview, you can filter by colour, material and certification.

Who we print caps for

We print caps for businesses, sports clubs, hospitality venues, festivals and brands starting their own merchandise. For Bellator Brothers, for example, we pressed their caps. A custom cap is also a great starting point for a hen or stag do, a group of friends on holiday, or your own clothing line. You'll find us in the city centre, and customers from Nijmegen-Oost, Lent, Wijchen and Arnhem often collect their caps themselves.

  • 1. Choose:pick your cap and choose colour and quantity. You can order from 1 piece.
  • 2. Put together your print:choose 1 colour or full colour for the front and, if desired, the side, and upload your logo.
  • 3. Digital proof:you'll always receive a proof for approval first; we only press once you've given the go-ahead.
  • 4. Press and collect:we press in our workshop on Betouwstraat. You collect from the centre of Nijmegen or have it delivered.

Caring for a printed cap

A cap shouldn't go in the washing machine: the peak and the stiffening can become deformed. Clean it with a damp cloth or wash it carefully by hand in lukewarm water, and let it dry on a rounded shape. Don't rub hard over the print.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have a single cap printed?

Yes, you can order from us from 1 piece. One cap with your own logo or text, as a gift or to test how your design looks, is no problem at all. You'll always receive a digital proof for approval first.

Can you print the mesh of a trucker cap?

No, on a trucker cap only the front panel can be printed. The mesh at the back is too open for a transfer. If you also want something on the side, choose a cap with a fabric side panel.

How big can a logo on a cap be?

As a guideline, a logo of 8 to 10 cm wide and 5 to 6 cm high fits on the front panel. On the side, it's a small logo or short text of 4 to 5 cm. In the proof, you'll see the exact proportions.

How is a cap printed and how do I keep it looking good?

We press a transfer with heat onto a mould that follows the curve of the cap: cut vinyl for 1 or 2 colours, DTF for full colour. Don't machine wash the cap, but clean it by hand or with a damp cloth.

Can I visit in Nijmegen to look at caps?

Yes, feel free to drop by our workshop at In de Betouwstraat 40 in the centre of Nijmegen. You can try on fits, feel the fabrics and look together with us at how your logo will appear on the front.

Do you also deliver caps outside Nijmegen?

Yes. You can collect your printed caps in the centre of Nijmegen, but we also deliver to the rest of the Netherlands. Handy for teams, festivals and brands outside the city.

Do you also have sustainable caps for printing?

Yes, there are caps made from organic cotton and recycled material, for example from the Result Recycled range. In the overview, you can filter by material and certification, so you can quickly see which models are available.
