Flag is the classic flag fabric: a light, transparent polyester of 110 g/m² with a fine, open structure. It lets wind through and does not blow apart immediately. The flag is printed on one side, but through the open structure the print bleeds through: 98% is visible on the back, mirrored. With a fire certificate, Flag may be hung indoors and outdoors, including in public spaces. The ink is not UV-resistant, but fading is slower than the flag itself wears out.
For a flagpole flag you usually choose a strip with hooks, often with a tunnel at the top so the flag stays legible even without wind. A hem all round extends its lifespan. Other options are Velcro, tunnels, a strip with D-rings, cord or eyelets. Because of stretch and shrinkage, the size can deviate by 1 to 2%.
Flag Longlife has a coarser structure and does not need to be hemmed. Flag PET is made from recycled PET bottles. Flag CiCLO® looks like Flag, but is biodegradable.

Outdoors about 3 to 4 months. Bring the flag in on time, especially from wind force 6; then it will last longer.
