HV semi-matt and HV satin are coated paper types with a smooth top layer, from 250 to 400 g/m²: the higher the weight, the sturdier the card. Natuurkarton (300 or 350 g/m²) is uncoated, so you can write or stamp on it. Sulphate board (300 g/m²) is coated on one side; the back can be written on.
On the coated paper types you can have a laminate applied that protects the print. Gloss gives bright, strong colours but can glare slightly. Matt looks calmer and text is easier to read. Preferably choose double-sided laminate: cards laminated on one side only can curl slightly.

Keep a stroke height of at least 1 mm for your letters. Pay particular attention to this with your address, telephone number and email address.
Only on uncoated paper: Natural board, and the back of Sulphate board. You can't write on a laminated side.
The structure of the board makes that impossible. You also would no longer be able to write on it, and that is precisely the advantage of this paper.
