A Multiloft® card is made of 2 to 5 layers of paper and can be digitally printed up to 1350 gsm. Choose from two-layer (480 and 540 gsm), three-layer (750 and 810 gsm), four-layer (1020 and 1080 gsm) or five-layer (1290 and 1350 gsm), among others. The cover sheets are UltraWhite or White (240 gsm) or Speckletone Kraft (270 gsm). You choose the colour of the 270 gsm inner sheets, including White, Lemon Drop, Limeade, Gumdrop Green, Blue Rasberry, Pacific Breeze and Orange Fizz. Sizes include A3, A4, A5, A6 and A7, also landscape. Print in full colour on one side (4/0) or both sides (4/4).
Choose from gloss or matt lamination on one or both sides, soft-touch matt laminate or scratch-resistant matt laminate, among others. Moisture and dirt wipe off laminate easily. You can also choose trimming, a 6 mm drill hole, rounded corners (3.5 or 7 mm radius) and personalisation with sequential numbering (1 or 2 positions) or from Excel.
Supply your design with 3 mm bleed on all sides and keep text and key images at least 3 mm inside the trim line. Use images at 300 dpi. Mark a drill hole with a 1 mm dot in a spot colour named 'Drilling', set to overprint. You can download a template with the exact dimensions in the product builder.
