No, double-sided window stickers are not possible.
Clean the glass and make sure it is grease-free. If the film may be applied wet, wet the glass and adhesive layer with application fluid, position the sticker properly and slowly squeegee the moisture out. Applying dry? Fix the top and work slowly downwards, because shifting it afterwards or removing bubbles is difficult.
