We make those from Banner 610, a 610 g/m² PVC fabric with a blockout layer, so that one side does not show through the other. The front and back do not line up perfectly; allow for a small deviation. For single-sided flags we print on Flag Longlife, 115 g/m² polyester. The print bleeds through the fabric, so on the back you see your design as a mirror image.
If you choose a hem, tunnel or keder, keep 3 cm clear of text, logos and important images all round. That part can be lost during finishing or cutting.
Bring the flag in in the evening, and also when it is very windy, certainly from wind force 6. Store it flat or rolled up, not folded. If you want to hang it straight away, order the facade pole, facade pole holder and handystick as well.
