Print on Akylite® for your shop or stand

Akylite® is a polypropylene board that weighs little and yet is sturdy. You most often see it as POS material in shops. Because the board is weather-resistant, it can just as well hang outdoors. Below you configure it and see the price straight away; you can collect it from us in Nijmegen, or we can post it.

Sturdy thanks to the honeycomb core

Between the two outer layers is a core of transparent, vacuum-formed polypropylene in a honeycomb structure. The hexagons are filled with air, so the sheet is not solid and weighs only 600 grams per m². The downside of that core: Akylite® cannot be folded. The sheet is 2.9 mm thick and you can print up to 300 cm long in one piece.

Alternative to Forex®

The top layer is similar to that of Forex®, but Akylite® is more affordable, fully recyclable and made without PVC. And the corners do not break.

Mounting

You attach Akylite® to flat and curved walls or structures. The sheet may expand slightly; keep drill holes slightly larger, so you can position and shift it more easily. If you order drill holes, a piece of leftover material may remain in them, which you simply push out.
