Dibond® Digital for façade and building site

A facade sign, building-site sign or advertising sign that can handle wind and weather: that is what Dibond® Digital is for. It is a three-layer aluminium sandwich panel with a black plastic core, 3 mm thick and strong. In one piece you can order up to 146 x 301 cm, printed on one or both sides. We print it in Nijmegen; you collect it from us or we post it.

Coating for deeper colours

With a coating the colours become more intense and the print gets extra protection, for up to five years. The coating can withstand ordinary cleaning products and is also available for double-sided panels.

Indoor and outdoor

Dibond® Digitaal expands very little and does not warp in high humidity. You use it for façade signs, advertising signs, construction signs, routed letters, panels, wall circles and hexagons, indoors and outdoors.

Assembly tips

The panel is light and easy to hang on a façade or flat wall. Because it can expand slightly, you drill the holes slightly larger; then you can also still slide the sheet. For hanging plates: above 80 cm you take two.

?How thick is Dibond® Digital?

The panel is 3 mm thick, printed on one or both sides.

?How do I keep the panel clean?

Wipe it off with a damp cloth, if necessary with a little all-purpose cleaner, without pressing too hard. Then dry it.

?Which technique is used for printing?

With UV ink, which cures under a UV lamp and is scratch-resistant. The print still smells a little at first; that disappears by itself.
