Dibond budget for your façade or stand

An advertising sign on the façade, a building-site board, signage or a wall circle: Dibond Budget is an aluminium panel that is light yet sturdy. It is a three-layer sandwich panel, aluminium with a black plastic core, 3 mm thick and up to 146 x 300 cm in one piece. We print it in Nijmegen; you can collect it or have it sent, either is fine.

Budget: what do you give up?

Dibond budget has the same look as Dibond®, but is lighter and therefore less stable. That means a greater chance of damage, more sensitivity to the environment and a chance of colour differences between production batches.

Coating for extra protection

A coating puts a protective layer over your print. Useful outdoors, for advertising signs or routed letters in all weathers, but also indoors: the print looks more intense and you can clean photo panels and wall circles with a cloth, even with a cleaning product. Even without a coating the panel is weather-resistant: it expands very little and does not warp in high humidity.

Hanging

Thanks to its low weight, you can easily mount the panel on facades and flat walls. It can expand slightly, so drill the holes a little wider; that also makes it easier to position. If you use hanging plates, use two for a size above 80 cm.

Dibond budget is available in 3 mm.

?How do I clean the panel?

With a damp cloth and, if needed, a little all-purpose cleaner. Don't press too hard, so the material isn't damaged, and then dry the sheet with a cloth.

?How is Dibond budget printed?

With UV ink, which cures under a UV lamp. The print is scratch-resistant. At first it smells a little; that fades after a while.
