Trespa® and HPL signs that can take a knock

A sign by the sports field or on a facade where a ball or bike might bump into it now and then? Then you want Trespa® or HPL. It takes considerable force to damage the top layer, and the sheet is water-resistant and maintenance-free. Both are 6 mm thick and have the same construction. The difference: Trespa® is supplied blank, while HPL gets a film. We make your sign in Nijmegen; you can collect it or have it sent.

Sizes

You can order HPL in one piece up to 186 x 432 cm without film, or up to 146 x 350 cm with film. Trespa® goes up to 153 x 305 cm.

For indoor and outdoor use

The sheets are vandal-resistant, weather-resistant, flame-retardant and UV-resistant. You mostly see them as facade signs, advertising signs and sports field signs. If you choose HPL double-sided, the sheet gets film on both sides. This reduces the chance of warping and limits other outside influences, so the sign lasts longer.

Mounting

These boards are heavier than other board materials; take that into account when hanging. You can screw or glue them. If you screw, make the drill holes slightly larger so that the board does not warp.

Both are 6 mm thick.

?Can Trespa® rot?

That almost never happens. If you use it as facade cladding, make sure there are openings at the bottom and top, so that condensation behind the board can escape.

?How do I clean the sheet?

With a damp cloth and, if necessary, all-purpose cleaner. Do not press too hard and dry afterwards.
