Dibond® is a three-layer panel: aluminium on both sides with a black plastic core in between. That makes it light, yet sturdy enough for a facade sign. You choose 3, 4 or 6 mm and order in one piece up to 146 x 301 cm. The panel has a consistent base colour and, in terms of properties and price, sits between Dibond Budget and Dibond Digital. What you use Dibond® for

Fascia signs, advertising signs and building site signs, but also wall decoration, photos on aluminium, wall circles, hexagons, routed letters, displays, signage and exhibition stand building. The material expands little and does not warp where other boards start to move due to moisture. In the configurator, besides Dibond® 3, 4 and 6 mm you will also find a double-sided 3 mm, Dibond Budget, Butler Finish, Dibond XL and print on film.

Coating for a more intense print

A coating gives your print an extra protective layer. Handy outdoors, where a sign or milled letter has to withstand weather and wind, but also indoors: colours look more intense and you can wipe a photo panel or wall circle clean with a cloth, with cleaning product if necessary.

Hassle-free hanging

Because of its low weight, Dibond® is easy to mount on a façade or flat wall. It can expand slightly, so drill the holes a little wider; that way you can still slide the sheet along a bit. If you use hanging plates, use two for sizes above 80 cm.

?How do I clean Dibond®?

With a damp cloth and, if necessary, a little all-purpose cleaner. Do not press too hard and dry the sheet afterwards.

?How is Dibond® printed?

With UV ink that cures instantly under a UV lamp. The print is scratch-resistant. Just after printing it still smells a little; that fades by itself.
