For estate agents, contractors and property developers: the small items that make the difference on a building site or at a home for sale. Think of stickers that turn For Sale into Sold, waterproof posters for the site cabin, new inserts for your pavement sign, and a printed pallet cover. For larger banners and boards, see outdoor advertising.

Construction and real estate print in Nijmegen
This category contains four products that estate agents and construction companies need time and again: the estate agent board sticker, the waterproof poster, the insert for pavement signs and the pallet cover. Looking for the larger carriers, such as the estate agent board itself, site fencing banners or scaffold banners? Take a look further down this page or in the outdoor advertising category.
A property has been sold, but the board can stay up for a while longer. With an estate agent board sticker, you stick Sold, To Let or Let over it. The sticker is 10 x 40 cm, available in four languages, and made from self-adhesive, waterproof film for indoor and outdoor use. The adhesive is removable, so you can peel the sticker off later and the board remains reusable. The finish is matt with a slight texture; a matt sticker shines less when the sun hits it. Apply the sticker to a clean, dry board and smooth it from the centre outwards.
For an open house, an information evening or the site cabin, you often need temporary information: floor plans, a phasing schedule or the contact details of the site manager. The waterproof poster is made from water-repellent synthetic paper that doesn't tear, with a smooth, premium look. You choose the size yourself, up to 148 cm wide. The poster is intended for indoor use, can stand outside for a short time, and holds up well in damp spaces such as a site cabin.
If you use a pavement sign for viewings, you can simply order new inserts in A1 or A0. They fit your existing pavement sign with click frames, so you don't need a new board when the insert wears out or you want to announce a new project.
The pallet cover fits a pallet of 120 x 80 x 14 cm. It protects whatever is on it from dust and damage and turns an ordinary pallet into a display, for example for materials in a showroom or at an open day. Choose ProPES Outdoor if the cover will be placed outside, as that fabric is water-repellent. All three fabrics are washable, so you can get the cover clean again after a dusty job.
The larger advertising carriers on a construction project are found in other categories. The estate agent board made of corrugated plastic is visible from both sides and weatherproof up to wind force 6. For the building site, there's the site fencing banner measuring 335 x 175 cm with eyelets every 50 cm, and scaffold banners made from light, transparent fabric, so daylight and views are retained. Mesh fabric lets wind through; choose this for fencing and scaffolding exposed to the wind. You'll also find the construction site board under advertising boards.
Temporary advertising may be displayed for a maximum of 31 days per year; longer counts as permanent and often requires a permit. In Beek and the rest of Berg en Dal, boards in public spaces are only allowed for events. Read the outdoor advertising page and always check with the local council. Ordering works like this: choose a product, configure it, upload your design. We'll handle production and have it delivered wherever you like, including to the building site in Lent or the office in Malden. Prefer to discuss it first? Drop by at Betouwstraat 40.
