The displays are made of 1.5 mm E-flute corrugated cardboard (white/white), a lightweight and versatile board material that is 100% recyclable. There are three sizes (outer dimensions): 15.5 x 11 x 12.5 cm, 15.5 x 22 x 15 cm and 22 x 30.2 x 15 cm. The printing is full colour (4/0), applied digitally, and the displays are digitally cut and delivered flat.
Bleed is not needed. Keep text and important elements at least 2 mm from the edge and use images of 300 dpi. Convert all text to outlines and keep the colour coverage below 280%. In the configurator you can download a technical drawing/template with the die-cut and crease dimensions.
