Flag is 110 g/m² polyester with a classic hem all round; up to 98 per cent of the print is visible on the back. Flag Longlife weighs 115 g/m² and has a coarser structure, so it does not need hemming and frays less easily: the choice for a flag that stays outside for months. Flag PET is made from recycled PET bottles. Flag CiCLO® is polyester with a finish that lets the fabric biodegrade. Flag and Flag Longlife have a fire certificate and can be used indoors and outdoors.
A tunnel is made from the same fabric as the flag, so your design continues over the pole and you choose the colour yourself. Keep 2 cm clear of text and logos all round; that part disappears into the seam. An elastic band is white or black and does not follow your design, but it makes the flag sturdier and longer-lasting. There is also less fabric waste when cutting.
As soon as your configuration is complete, under 'How to supply' you will see the working drawing of exactly your shape and size, with cut line, tunnel and safe margin. Design on it and supply a PDF of at least 150 dpi, preferably 300. Don't have a design yet, or only a logo? Then we will create it for you; we charge design costs for that.
