Fireworks behind the Stevenskerk during the Vierdaagse

White and golden fireworks light up the evening sky above the river Waal in Nijmegen, with the illuminated tower of the Stevenskerk in the foreground. The fireworks are launched from a pontoon on the river, with the lights of Lent in the distance. The sky still glows orange and blue at dusk.
