Kronenburgerpark in the snow, Nijmegen city centre

This aerial view shows the Kronenburgerpark in the centre of Nijmegen under a layer of snow, with bare trees, white rooftops and apartment blocks along the streets. Beyond the old town flows the river Waal with a bridge, and on the right the tower of the Stevenskerk rises above the roofs. The soft winter light gives the city a quiet, grey mood.
