Seen straight from above, Keizer Karel Plein in Nijmegen is a large circular roundabout with a snow-covered park in the middle, with bare trees and a winding path. Around it are cleared roads, cars and rooftops with a white layer of snow. The winter light makes the circular shape stand out sharply.
